Goza-Shirahama beach

From Toba, in Mie Prefecture, we rented a car and drove along the coast through Pearl Road. We drove all the way down to Goza where we found a beautiful beach (Shirahama). the beach felt a bit like in Hawaii... great sand, clean and warm water, a pleasure for swimming, and just great to cool off the heat of summer in Japan.
We hired a big umbrella in order to get some protection from the sun, the UV is very high in Japan and it is absolutely necessary to get protection.
What a swim! What a time!
